Welcome to Eva Russian Spa. By accessing our website (evarussianspa.in) or booking any of our professional wellness services in Calangute, Goa, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Professional Services
Eva Russian Spa provides professional therapeutic massage services, including Russian, Balinese, and Indian massage techniques.
- All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.
- Any request for non-therapeutic services will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
- Our therapists are certified specialists dedicated to musculoskeletal health and stress relief.
2. Appointment & Booking
Since 2018, we have maintained a high standard for scheduling and guest management.
- Bookings made via our website or WhatsApp are subject to confirmation based on therapist availability.
- Guests are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the next guest is not inconvenienced.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Your health is our priority. Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical injuries to the therapist before the session begins. Eva Russian Spa is not liable for any complications resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
To respect the time of our specialists and other guests, we implement the following policy:
- Cancellations should be informed at least 4 hours in advance.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.
- Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
5. Right of Refusal
Eva Russian Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who displays inappropriate, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior toward our staff.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Goa. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
